OPPO Smartphones. Go to settings >> About Phone>> Tap the "Version" around Five times, until you will be notified that You are already a developer. >> Go back to settings>> Additional Settings, there you can find developer option.
For other Brands of Mobile Phones just go to setting, look for version (not android version) and tap it several times to be a developer. Just explore your phone in the setting to find the developer option.
